Every renovation presents its own challenges, but Project 4608 quickly became one of our most comprehensive transformations to date.

When we acquired the property, it was a dated 3-bedroom, 1-bath home with years of deferred maintenance and an unpermitted addition being used as flex space. As demolition progressed, we uncovered extensive issues hidden beneath the surface—from rotted subflooring and damaged floor joists to a compromised stem wall where a tree had literally grown through the foundation. Rather than settle for cosmetic updates, we committed to rebuilding the home the right way.

The unpermitted structure was removed and replaced with a properly constructed addition, creating a new bedroom with a walk-in closet, dedicated hallway, and laundry room. Inside, we completely reimagined the floor plan by combining two existing bedrooms into a spacious primary suite with a private ensuite bathroom, transforming the home from a 3-bedroom, 1-bath layout into a functional 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for modern living.

Nearly every component of the house was replaced or upgraded. The renovation included a new roof, electrical system and panel, plumbing, water heater, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinets, quartz countertops, siding, gutters, shutters, appliances, paint, foundation vents, hose bibs, and more. Outside, we added welcoming front and rear porches, replaced one section of the privacy fence, improved the yard, and installed a new mailbox.

Like many large-scale renovations, the project brought its share of unexpected discoveries, design decisions, and construction delays. Each challenge reinforced our commitment to quality over shortcuts. Our goal has always been to create homes that are safe, durable, and built to serve families for years to come—not simply renovate for appearance.

Today, Project 4608 stands as a complete transformation from the ground up. What was once an aging, outdated property is now a modern, comfortable home that reflects Coe Venture Group's commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship, neighborhood revitalization, and long-term value.
